The entire staff at BOVB continues to be kind, courteous, compassionate, and accommodating to all the residents and their families. Always willing to help and work out any problem or issue.

Mom is still not getting her hair washed, on a regular basis, during showers. I would rate you as a 5 if that occurred more often.
