The staff and leadership are all working hard to give great care to our family member. I do wish they would send us email about new staff members and news and menus for what is coming up at Bickford. Thanks.

Leadership has stepped in to deal with staffing shortages. My mom has been there for a year now and we are happy we made this choice. Staff are always helpful and friendly and having Fox Rehab on site is a huge plus.

(name removed) going above and beyond to help dad in the bathroom and mopping the kitchen floor every time she works. Appreciate and (name removed) and (name removed) and (name removed) and the new girl (name removed) for playing Jenga with dad ! They all are above and beyond !

It appears as though there has been a lot of staffing changes. People are working hard but there seems like there is a shortage of staff compared to the past. Hopefully it will improve.
