The staff has been very helpful to my uncle. Always friendly and have met some unexpected needs that have arisen without blinking an eye. (name removed) has been very communicative and I appreciate that.

(name removed) spent the day appreciating all of her employees because she knew it was national employee appreciation day. This speaks to how she cares for the entire facility. The love at Bickford is alive and my mom is very happy to live there. Thank you Bickford

My mother has had a few personal "mishaps" in the last recent weeks. We were kept apprised of her condition and BFM actions often and the level of care and concern she, and we, have been given is such a blessing.

Our mom would greatly appreciate more dining options that do not have onion in them. Even the salads. When given menu she says it is usually 4 out of 5 items have onion. Sometimes all of them. She has sensitivity to onions. She is tired of eating grilled cheese and peanut butter sandwiches. She says she is not getting the nutritional content of other menu items because they are all made with onion. She would like to be able to eat more nutritionally. Onions make her nauseous. She was told all of the recipes come from corporate and include onion. For the past few months her trash is not being taken out nightly. It is every other day or even three days. Her bathroom trash with depends is overflowing on day two. If taken out nightly like before there's no issue. I feel bad for the cna's that come in and have to take out all the trash the one left behind the day before. Thank you so much. We so appreciate the amazing care of Bickford nurses.

I have had disappointments with Bickford over the past year and a half with the amount of stuff that is stolen from the apartment. The apartment is locked whenever the resident is not in there so it has to be employees. Things stolen have been: cash money, toilet paper, and his handicap placard that came in the mail. This is my first disappointment. My second is the increase in rent (twice in a year and a half)
