Resident pumpkin decorating at its finest! The living was abuzz with laughter, sweet treats, and wonderful conversations as our residents got creative with their pumpkins. There's nothing better than a fall afternoon filled with smiles, snacks, and a little friendly competition!

The Bickford Howie made it's final stop at the Farmers Market for the season! Our usual crew joined in for one last chilly adventure - picking out pumpkins for our decorating contest, snagging some sweet treats, and soaking up the autumn vibes. Jerry couldn't resist the cookies, Sandy grabbed some delicious Amish donut sticks, and poor Char had to bundle up for the chilliest market day yet! It was Taste Test Tuesday at Bickford of Midland, and this week's treat was Pocky! For many of our residents, it was their first time trying these sweet little snacks - and the reviews were as delightful as the treats themselves! Some described them as "a skinny Pop - Tart" or "a yummy stick," and we couldn't agree more. It's always fun to explore new flavors together - one tasty Tuesday at a time!

A Day of Fun with the Bickford Howie! "Our Bickford Howie and friends took a delightful trip to The Soaring Eagle, and we almost came home with a few new friends who thought about hopping on our shuttle--haha! The residents had an absolute blast trying their luck at the slot machines, browsing the gift shop for a little souvenir, and treating themselves to a scoop (or two!) of ice cream from Native Grind. We rolled back to Bickford just in time for dinner, full of smiles, stories, and maybe a little extra good luck!"
