Hi. The staff could make sure Dad gets his podiatrist appt when the doctor is in house. He wanders around and misses the day to get nails trimmed! Needs help. Thanks.

Only complaint was my mother's toilet seat was broke and must not have been noticed because the toilet hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. Also, her trash hadn't been emptied for awhile. They have since notified me that the toilet seat has been repaired. And house keeping has been done. I am glad it's resolved. I just wish I hadn't been the one to have to say it. The employees that I have communicated with have been absolutely wonderful!
