The birdhouses we painted here at Bickford of Upper Arlington Assisted Living and Memory Care turned out so unique and beautiful! A special thank you to Courtney from Capital City Hospice for bringing in the birdhouses for everyone to paint and enjoy. Our residents had such a wonderful time showing their creativity and making each birdhouse one of a kind. Our ladies luncheon was a hit with delicious Donatos Pizza and refreshing drinks here at Bickford of Upper Arlington Assisted Living and Memory Care! The ladies enjoyed sharing their favorite foods, treasured family recipes, and wonderful memories while spending time together and making each other smile. What a fun afternoon filled with friendship, laughter, and great conversation! Thank you to our clean up committee Lynda and Mary Ann for help cleaning up afterwards.

Frank has always enjoyed the outdoors and gardening, and today he made sure all the seeds were well watered in the soil in our beautiful Solarium here at Bickford of Upper Arlington Assisted Living & Memory Care. They've taken steps in the right direction in making things right for my mom, so grateful for that. Keep it up! We are very very sad (name removed) is leaving. Unsure what the future holds with lots of staff turnover.

My mother is well, but she needs more engagement on the Memory Care floor. I know staff are busy with everyone, but I think my mother spends too much time in her room always packing things away. She needs more activities to join or engage in. Thank you.

I see the employees working hard to update the building and it really helps. Things look great. The new nursing director (name removed) is helpful and very responsive. She is a great support and I appreciate all she is doing to help with my Mom.

I greatly appreciate that Bickford has the Bickford store and Bickford bucks to allow residents to buy gifts for their family. It gives them the opportunity to express their love for their family members. Thank you for helping residents be more independent.
