Today here on Mary B's here at Bickford of the Scioto Assisted Living and Memory Care, I had the pleasure of spending time with Rhea. We put up more Valentine's decorations. Rhea is especially good at this. Perhaps this is because she owned a florist! She met a new friend along the way too. She and Dr. Bill enjoyed each other's company.

The price continues to raise and the service continues to go down. No housekeeping staff, no receptionist not enough staff. Corporate won't return calls or emails.

Inconsistent trash pick-up, dirty dishes are not taken back to the kitchen (my mother eats in her room), no response when my mom pushes her emergency button (she has a frequent visitor, another resident, who wanders into her room and doesn't know how to get back to her apartment and my mother pushes her button to get someone to help)!! Her food (when cooked by (Name Removed)) is frequently a culinary disaster as well as cold. These problems have been discussed with (Name Removed) ad (Name Removed) but nothing ever changes.

(Name Removed) has been at Bickford for 7.5 years and has always been happy there!!

(Name Removed) at bickford of Scioto has been a disappointment. There has been poor communication about issues that are to be resolved. I have not gotten returned messages. I have to call repeatedly to get in contact and that is only if he answers the phone. My uncle also has complained and requested information and has to chase to get direct contact. Laundry has been a problem. Clothes are not returned to owner. Clothes are being mixed colors and whites which results in discoloration. Cleaning of room has not be appropriately done. Very unsatisfactory. Food has been a problem. Photos have been taken by resident of uncooked items that have been served. Billing has been an issues. Being overcharged and there has not been any resolve. VERY UNSATISFACTORY
