The staff are great!! Would appreciate activities in the evening after dinner as my mom doesn't go to bed until 11. Would like to see bingo or something from 7-8 or so at night.

I feel the whole Bickford facility needs a "remodel". Residents rooms need refreshed , painted, new flooring, woodwork, cabinets. Need a more modern look.

Great job! Would love to see evening activities as my mom doesn't watch tv on her room and she doesn't go to bed until 11 so just sits there. Would Love to see some activities from 7-9 a few nights a week. Bingo or something would be great!

I have recently shared with incoming Executive Director, (name removed) (great choice, by The way!), that the facility needs a good deep cleaning. And frankly perhaps just more frequent cleaning. Also need a way for resident's caregivers to easily communicate with staff involved in their care. Emails or texts are fine, but there is currently not a structured plan in place. Bit too ad hoc for my taste. I would prefer some sort of shared communal document per resident that keeps everyone more on the same page.
