Staff have really stepped up to assist (Name Removed) to move safely. There are still small glitches, but the staff are caring and attentive to her.

It seems much improved from a couple of months ago.

Feb 3, 2023

I do feel improvement has been made and the staff seem friendlier. (Name Removed) has been more content, now that there is housekeeping again.

(Name Removed), the new Director of Operations is very good (5). The food is quite good 41/2. Staff has far less turn over & better consistency of care 4. Need a maintenance person for Bickford. Room has maintenance issues(rubber stopper on floor to keep water from shower from leaking broken, paint repair touchups needed (scratches when bed moved in, blood stains on the door, etc. cleanliness 3. (Name Removed) smells of urine-- so I shower him daily. I clean bathroom daily. Room needs vacuuming. Private small dining room in Assistant Livibg available to residents is five. Garden is 5.

Many Mary Bs staff are on their personal phones all day. And would rather sit the residents in front of tv instead of doing activities. My mothers teeth are covered in food when she awakens so it's obvious her teeth are not brushed b4 bedtime.

Sep 2, 2022

The outside of building needs a good scrubbing especially Mary B's entrance. Carpet is dirty.

Would like to see meal schedule set and adhered to more successfully. Excessively late meals result in interference with not only things like doctor's appointments, but also disrupts staff activities/ resident schedules.

Jul 2, 2022

Meals are still LATE - employees are still overworked, but I understand the dilemma nationwide - (Name Removed) &(Name Removed) are heros - also pleased with (Name Removed) and (Name Removed) - Transitions Hospice is a terrific help as well
