At the heart of Bickford of Aurora there is something truly special, the relationships built between caregivers and residents. While supporting physical needs are so important, it’s the shared conversations, laughter and companionship that truly makes our branch feel like home.

Today we celebrated Memorial Day with fun crafts like flag making, poppy pins, and patriotic wreaths. We also enjoyed trivia and sang many of our favorite patriotic songs together. Thank you to our Bread Basket team for cooking a delicious dinner on the grill for everyone to enjoy!

This week has been blooming with fun as we celebrated all things flowers! From planting beautiful blooms to creating colorful decorations and cheerful dining room centerpieces, our Residents have truly welcomed the beauty of the season. We are officially ready for summer and all the sunshine it brings!

Today our very own Christine led us in exercise and Rock & Roll trivia. Everyone had a great time staying active while testing their music knowledge.
