Bickford of Chesterfield is a perfect match for my mother in memory care. The smaller number of residents doesn't overwhelm her, the space is homey, and she's treated like a person, not a patient. The employees work well as a team, and are always there when I need them. After a complete fail at a different facility, it's such a relief to have Mom at Bickford!

Moved my mom from another residence where communication was nil. Here at the Bickford, I am updated on physician visits, falls and overall wellbeing. Living 2 hours away, it eases my mind to have these updates!
